Some of the items I brought to be appraised needed re-sizing, and I was pleased to hear MJA provides this service. A pearl was damaged in the re-size and cleaning process, and MJA replaced this. Not only did they replace it, but Justin delivered it to my home so I wouldn't have to make another trip to the office.
I mentioned I wanted my engagement ring reset, and Justin was able to provide this service as well. The finished product was beautiful, and just what I wanted.
MJA does quality appraisal work and contracts with top-notch jewelers. I was very happy with the finished products of all my repairs.
