My central air conditioning was not cooling the house. M&M arrived and took a few temperatures in my house and inspected the air conditioning unit outside and in the attic. Refrigerant was added but did not fix the issue. My money was refunded by M&M.

Excellent work and timely, the summer heat was just starting. He cost HALF of what other companies quoted for replacing the central air conditioning, using the same replacement model of air conditioner. He is definitely worth talking with early and working with.

The metal exhaust pipes of the gas furnace were rusting and needed replacement. Paul gave me a reasonable quote on the phone. I took some time for him to actually come in, but it was ok since it was a busy season and I was not in a hurry. Paul came in on time with another guy and did the job as promised. Additionally, he tested the condensate system for no extra charge and gave me some tablets to put it. I will surely call him again.

Their customer service and professionalism were great. They were here when they said they would be here. They were friendly and helpful regarding questions. It was pretty easy working with them. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

It went very well. We had two estimates - this one was about 1/2 the price of the other estimate. His personal style is a little rough and takes some getting used to but his work and professionalism on the job was excellent. He and an assistant arrived right on time as did his electrician. They worked very quickly, tested the system thoroughly and made sure I knew how it all worked. It was a rainy day so I was worried about mud but they put down drop cloths and took off their boots each time they came inside from out so ther was no mess to clean up afterwards. I haven't been able to test the effectiveness of the system yet since it's spring, but I have no complaints about the process.
