I dropped clothes off on a Saturday and returned to pick them up the following Staurday. The clerk brought out one piece. I informed the clerk her there were more pieces. The clerk typed in the computer and stated that they were not there, they should have been there the prior Wednesday. No other offer of help was made but the clerk did reassure me they were not lost. I had already dropped off an order for the week and I didn't ask for it back. I went home and clled the Newton store. Again, someone told me that they should have been there the prior Wednesday. I was told to call Monday and speak to Susan. No other offer of help was made. I received a message later in the day saying my clothes were there, but I was not at home. On Monday I called the Newton store again. This owner returned my call and asked what he could do to resolve the problem. I told him nothing, to please ensure my missing clothes, the new order from the prior Saturday and my furs previously dropped off for staorage were at the Sudbury store the next Saturday because I no longer wanted to do business with them. The owner indicated that the clerk told him I did not drop off an order! I insisted I had. The owner was professional and curteous. The following Saturday, all the clothes were there and I have not been back. Overall, I would say if you need your clothes, the Holly model of off site cleaning is risky. Also, I have rarely seen such poorl;y trained, unprofessional staff in a service environment as in the Sudbury store.
