They know exactly where to dig in my yard to minimize the disruption to the lawn. When they're done, they push the sod back into place and you can hardly tell they were here. That's one of the most important aspects of this to me. They charge a little extra to use an extra long and-on pipe. By doing that they don't have to drive on the lawn at all, which I prefer. I wasn't there this time so I don't know if you found anything unusual; but I trust them to contact me if they did. What can I say, I find these people to be reliable, competitively priced and they're based in my hometown. I'll keep using them until they give me a reason not to. I'm not expecting that to happen.
