I have been a customer for the last decade, but when ownership changed hands recently the business truly went downhill. Not only was I quoted a two-day installation that took close to a week, but I was cussed out by ownership/management for asking for updates! Installers dirtier all bathrooms in my house, stole alcohol and were not managed by anyone at the store. They were seemingly outsourced contractors that were found at a homeless shelter. Upcharged, still no carpet, and yelled at by management. STAY AWAY

Carpet Carousel has an amazing section of carpet and a truly amazing staff. We had gone to a couple of other carpet stores before finding Carpet Carousel. It was definitely the best thing that we could have done. We went in with multiple questions and they we willing to answer them all, something that the other place was not able to do. They even made sure that we had asked all our questions and made sure we got a sample of the carpet we ultimately picked. The service we received from everyone was our excellent. The install team was excellent. Very friendly and they made sure we were totally satisfied with the work before they left. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Carpet Carousel. We will definitely be contacting them the next time we need carpet replaced.

We worked with Shawn at Carpet Carousel to replace all the carpeting on our second floor. We told Shawn that, with young kids, we needed a very durable carpet that also looked nice. He showed us a few options and explained the pros/cons of each without trying to upsell us or give us something we didn't need. Once we decided to purchase and scheduled installation, the team of installers were fabulous. Not only did they have to work around other contractors (we were at the end of ice dam repairs), but they were clean and courteous as well. The finished carpets look awesome and we couldn't be happier. They even left us several large remnants so that we can have them cut/bound into area rugs or bathmats if desired. Overall, we couldn't be happier with Carpet Carousel and will definitely go back for additional rug and carpet needs

We have worked with other carpet stores over the years and are fortunate to
have found Carpet Carousel on Angie’s List. We needed to recarpet the upstairs
study which is reached through a “floating” spiral staircase. Both the study
and the treads of the staircase had to use the same material.

We first had a store we were familiar with take a look. They initially
weren’t sure how they would carpet the treads of the spiral staircase or how
they would move the furniture to carpet the study. I then found Carpet Carousel
on Angie’s List and Shawn came over. He immediately figured how to carpet the
treads and move the furniture. We then visited their show room where Shawn
showed us a number of samples that could work. We took a few with us and made a
decision. In the meantime, we got a quote from the other carpet store and
nearly fell over – it was just about twice the price of Carpet Carousel.

The installation was excellent. The two men doing the job were punctual
and knew exactly what to do. After the job was done, the area was vacuumed and
the furniture replaced. I highly recommend Carpet Carousel and only wish I had
known about them years ago.

We feel so fortunate to have found this company. From the minute I called to the actual installation today, I have received the best in customer service and satisfaction. We had extensive renovations done in our home and Carpet Carousel was the only company that promptly answered the phone, provided stellar service, supported our ideas and gave expert advice. It was a great experience. The sales staff, Melanie and Mary, the manager, Shawn, and the installer,John, were amazing. The carpet is gorgeous and we could not be more pleased. John was so meticulous about cleaning up after the installation that. I had nothing to do.You will not find a company as good as this. As I stated earlier, we have dealt with many companies and contractors. This was the only company to provide the highest level of customer service and excellence in the product they crafted and installed.We had become somewhat jaded by our past experiences so it is refreshing to be able to honestly report that this was the best experience we had. We need more carpeting done upstairs and will only go to Carpet Carousel.

These people are just awesome.. we had used them years ago and then after the floods of 2010, our basement carpet was sorely in need of replacement. The fellows that came did an unbelievable job. we had taken some of the carpet up but there was lots more to do. It turns out the old carpet was glued to the floor so they had to deal with lots of lumpy uneven spots and fix them before installing our new carpet.. It looks so great I nearly cried when I saw it. We have also used them for cleaning.. Spots came out that I wouldn't have believed.. All in all, really nice good people from Shawn and Melanie in the showroom to their installers and carpet cleaning team.
BTW, one time I went to home depot for carpet for the basement stairs because we were tight on money. you get what you paid for.. it lasted 3 years before just falling apart with the heavy traffic of our family and dogs.. the prior one from Carpet Carousel had lasted more than a decade! I would NEVER go anywhere again for carpeting.

These people are such a pleasure to work with! Very helpful in selecting colors and styles to my needs and budget, and then in scheduling installation to accommodate my schedule. I Expect to use them again.

The whole experience was great. The selection at the store is wonderful, as good as any other carpet flooring store. The assistance at the store is top notch, low pressure, and helpful. The installers were top notch craftspersons and it all looks just great. The price is a bit on the highi side but we are convinced we got what we paid for.

I had a specific color that I wanted. It was not an easy find, but he worked with me all the time trying different companies and everything until he found exactly what I wanted and the quality I wanted. I was very very satisfied. When the men came out to install, they were very meticulous. I couldn’t praise them enough. They were excellent. Their price was very fair.

Sean was very helpful in the selection of just the correct type and color of carpet for us. We had gone to a few other carpet stores and was not able to find exactly what we wanted. Sean bent over backwards to show us every thing he had to fit the description of the carpet we were looking for, and he found it There was a problem with the factory run of what we needed so installation was delayed. The installers came on time and did a FABULOUS job.They were very efficient and helpful. I would definitely use them again.
