They give excellent service and have offered a loner in the past. Brian is my service agent and he is super. They have a nice waiting room with coffee and pastries. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I just like taking my car to a BMW dealer. They are very accommodating with times and giving you a rental if needed. Very nice. It is a little expensive.

Having a USAA buy voucher made it completely hassle free. This BMW dealer is one of the few in New England that services USAA members. If you are a USAA member, get your voucher and head over. Tell Eric you saw this on Angies. And enjoy the shopping, personable, warm and caring service. Took me 5 months to make up my mind. And they hung in there every step of the way!

Almost every time I bring my car in for service they fail to finish the job or do something well below my expectations. I'll give a couple examples:
I had a vibration noise in my exhaust system. I brought the car in and they determined a muffler was making the noise. They were happy to replace the muffler. When I got the car back the exhaust pipes didn't line up with the bumper. I brought the car back, they realigned the tips and returned it to me. I'm not sure now if it was so much better that i was satisfied at the time, or if it moved, but i had to go back in a third time. I pick it up the third time, while it was in for a recall, and I can easily see a hose hanging underneath the car, they forgot to reconnect the vacuum line for the exhaust valve. Not that big a deal, but it's a recurring issue of lack of attention to detail that I have seen from them over the years.
My car was experiencing the "waste gate actuator rattle" that was outlined in a BMW TSB. They were happy to replace the turbo's under warranty. This time I left the dealership and got about halfway home and received a "reduced engine power" warning, I pulled over and discovered that they had forgot to reconnect my intake blow-off valves. Once again, not a big deal and a two second fix but I expect a BMW dealership to have the attention to detail that you may not receive at a typical shop.
I could go on. They are typically nice and provide a rental or loaner car free of charge, but I would expect nothing less when you purchase a 50k dollar car. They always turn the car around in a timely fashion, which is probably why the jobs are left incomplete. If there was another dealership that wasn't an hour out of my way, I would have dropped them years ago.

Overall, the job wasn't to my satisfaction. The issue got resolved, but I thought it could've been resolved better. Every time I go in, it seems like they don't value my time. The car was in there for a week while I was on vacation. They didn't offer to give me a loaner car or anything like that. They found a ticking sound in the engine. When I picked up the car, there was an oil smell. I drove it for the following week and kept smelling oil. I called them three days after I picked the car up, and they didn't seem to be concerned. I brought the car back in for a day, and they found the problem and fixed it. They should have been able to catch the oil smell ahead of time.
