OUR CONTRACT WITH BH REQUIRED HIM TO BUILD US AN ARCHITECT DESIGNED TWO STORY ADDITION, COMPLETION IN FEB 05. IT IS NOW MID-JUNE AND WE HAVE NOT EVEN PASSED FRAMING INSPECTION. WE GO DAYS, EVEN WEEKS WITHOUT SIGNIFICANT PROGRESS. BH MOSTLY SENDS ONE GUY TO WORK 3-4 HRS DAY. HIS PLUMBERS MADE SIGNIFICANT MISTAKES THAT ARE NOT YET RECTIFIED. HE MAKES ASSURANCES THAT HE DOES NOT KEEP. HE DOESN'T SEEM TO BE CLEAR ON WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. HE IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH ON THE PHONE.
