Bill gave me an estimate quickly, showed up on time, and did a great job. Only slight miscommunication: I wanted to keep some of the cut wood. I use Bill for snow plowing, sanding, etc. He and his people are GREAT. There were many days when I wouldn't have been able to get out to work if it wasn't for Bill being on time, and doing a great job.

The plowing is being done so well that I had several compliments from neighbors and other services. The snowplowing was very hard during our recent blizzard. I asked for someone to clear a big corner of snow so I could get a large vehicle out and a staff member returned right away.

We just started doing landscaping work with him. He is very affordable. The crew are very professional.

After using a very marginal and expensive snowplowing service for the past year, I finally decided to switch to a new service.  I contacted Bill Semple based on his reviews on Angie's List and his close proximity.  He provided a quote the same day and offered to start the very next day with a very big storm on the way.  I was very pleased with the quote which was very reasonable and tiered based on the number of inches of snowfall rather than the number of visits per storm.  Our previous provided would come more times than necessary which would run up the bill.  Bill's guys arrived right on schedule and did a very clean job.  They even shovel around the garage which my previous provider did not.  They came back overnight to do another pass after the snow ended.  I couldn't be more happy with their service!

They've been fine. They do what I asked them to do and instead of suggesting that I re-landscape everything. Their pricing is average.

Bill and his team are always very responsive and reliable.  His prices are competitive.

They do an okay job. One of my biggest issue with them is their cleanup after they do the lawn. There is grass everywhere. They try to blow it off of different areas, but there is still a lot that is on the patio, lawn chairs, etc. Another problem is that they mow every week whether the lawn needs it or not. It would be nice to have a more proactive response to my lawn. This season, my lawn burned up pretty bad, but they still came and mowed even though it clearly did not need it. I will probably be looking at different companies next year.

Bill's team always does a great job. When it rains during the week, we will get services on a Saturday. His service is reliable, we have never been left unmowed or unplowed.

I really like Bill- he's a great person, always responsive to come by to check out our yard and offer suggestions. He charges a very fair price. We had started with a different lawn service who were more expensive, and felt pressured from them to get expensive lawn treatments, like they were always trying to sell us more. Bill never pressures us to do anything more than we want, and has often suggested cheaper alternatives for restoring our yard. I really like their service.

They are reliable and dependable. My husband leaves early in the morning, and the driveway is always plowed beforehand.

They have provided weekly lawn cutting for the past 2 years. They usually do a pretty good job, although I have noticed recently that they are getting more careless when using the trimmer around trees and along the edging. I am hoping that they improve this going into next season as they have been really good to deal over the past couple of years. They were very thorough on the spring cleaning this past season.
