They have reasonable pricing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is very easy getting the car in for a service when I need.
Description of Work: I last took my 2006 Toyota Highlander in for an oil change. They have done many other things for our vehicles.

Mark spent a long time trying to diagnose and fix a problem with the gear selector of my automatic transmission (which the Audi dealer had previously failed to fix properly). He is very conscientious and his prices seem reasonable. I also have an older Subaru I'm just trying to keep going for another year, and he has not tried to "up-sell" me on products or services which weren't really necessary, and offered a fair assessment as to whether it was safe to skip some repairs.
Description of Work: Evaluated and fixed faulty gear selector of automatic transmission, which Audi dealer had previously failed to fix properly.

+ -1 moreNeeded all of these services to pass annual Massachusetts Safety Inspection. Vehicle passed inspection and sticker was issued Mark Alexander (owner of shop) is an ASE certified mechanic and he diagnosed and repaired the problem with the EVAP emission system that another repair facility was unable to locate and repair. Mark is extremely honest and pleasant to deal with. This is the 4th vehicle that he has serviced for our family in the past 12 months (AUDI, Mercedes, Chevy Trailblazer and this vehicle which was a Hyundai) He has extended hours for drop off and pickup. One man shop so you know who is doing the work on your vehicle. He specializes in European vehicles but can handle domestic as well
