Well, they were fast efficient and tidy, did really well and would hire again soon!

They were great, confirmed beforehand and were very punctual. Lola's got to things we would never think of and were super professional. This was the first time we've ever got cleaning services, we were embarrassed as our house was bad and they stayed late, honored the deal, and were super friendly. Our oven (pictured) was awful after a lot of frying and they cleaned it great. They are a family business- they know everyone they send unlike a big company and I would have expected to pay $100-200 more for the service that we got, definitely would recommend and have them come again.

I did not use them. They estimated it to be $1000. They were extremely professional. The person was extremely responsive, professional and nice. I really liked her but her prices were really high. The quote was quite detailed. I liked her. She's good.

The quote for doing the cleaning was $1800.00. Way over priced.

On time , did a thorough job, worked non-stop and showed they had a process/ method to everything they did. Windows were like new, really sparkled. Nice work on the floors as well. Great camaraderie among-st the staff as they worked. Thank you.

The kitchen and bathroom were done VERY WELL.

I'm in the process of putting my home on the market. I called TLC after talking with and getting an estimate from another vendor. Tammie, the owner was extremely responsive and within a few days, came to my home to assess the work needed. Back at the office, she completed a thorough, documented scope of work for my review and approval. We scheduled the work for that coming Saturday. On Saturday, eight workers arrived with cleaning supplies and great attitudes. They were professional and cordial. They each had a section of the house to work on and they all did a fantastic job. Surfaces such as the recesses of paneled doors, chandeliers and walls were wiped down or deep cleaned depending on the need. The workers used toothbrushes where hard-to-reach or corner areas existed. When they were done, the areas they worked looked as good as they did when I first moved in 15 years ago. T.L.C. did such a good job that I will be using them for routine cleaning until at least the house is sold.

They clean the first floor for of our home and they always do a great job. I have two small boys, a dog, and a cat so we have plenty to keep them busy for the time they are here. I have been using them now for almost three years and have never been upset with the job they do. I'm not necessarily a 'green' person and don't insist on green products but whatever products they use always leave things clean and smelling great! One of my quirks include: I don't provide our house key to them (or any one outside of our family), so my husband works from home several days a week and they come every other Friday when he is here. If he cannot be here and I cannot be here, then we cancel. This means that I have had to cancel last minute several times but honestly...they are always understanding and accommodating.

I was so, so sick when they came. I hid in my room while they did all the work and they were absolutely wonderful. Courteous, professional, and nice. They were surprisingly quiet, on top of everything else. I fell asleep twice! They do charge more than others in the area. However, their work is stellar and their products are safe to use around my pets and the baby that visits my house. You get what you pay for!

The team was on time and worked steady on a very dirty basement. They finished early. They were very professional and asked if I needed certain other areas cleaned that I had not foreseen.

I called TLC after finding the companion Angie's list. We live 40 miles away and We had a rental house which needed to be cleaned from top to bottom, in time for a Nov 1st move-in. Tammie was wonderful. She returned my call promptly and arranged to meet us at our convenience to give us a quote. She was helpful, offered suggestions and options and was a pleasure to work with. The night before the scheduled cleaning, the team leader Stephie called to confirm the scheduled cleaning, and Hurricane Sandy had hit our area. At 6 am on the day of the schedule cleaning, I saw on line that there was a power outage in the area. I contacted Tammie to let her know that there may not be power. She reassured me that someone would go over to the house to check and told me me not to worry. The communication was great! She let me know that there was power and Stephie called later to reassure me that they were there and cleaning the house. Wen I walked in to the house a day later, it was so clean, so perfect, with little touches that showed how careful and thorough they were. I am so pleased with their service, I will use them again and will tell everyone how wonderful Tammie is to work with and what a fabulous job TLC Homecleaning did for us. I highly recommend them.

They have always addressed to concerns, and are flexible if I need to change the day or time.

At first he liked the service but shortly after they sent someone new who improperly cleaned the stove and sink, leaving a lot of marks and scratches. TLC offered to replace the stovetop on a blue-book value, but they felt the damage to the sink was not worth repairing. As a result, my father is spending $600 to $1000 to replace the stove top and is now cleaning the house himself. They cancelled their service before we could fire them.

The price and date are kind of guesstimates as I'm entering the review quite some time after actually using the service. I hadn't used a cleaning service before and remember being shocked by the price. It was almost what I charged in rent for a month. That said, TLC was professional, punctual, and the apartment was spotless when they were done. If I needed an apartment cleaned like this again and didn't have the time to do it myself I would definitely use them again.
