Eric was able to come the same day I called and he worked around my work schedule. He got started right when he arrived and was very quick at getting the job done. He even gave some really helpful advice on how to prevent and deal with ice dams in the future. I am glad I called him and would certainly hire him again to do other work on our house. Eric called me the same day that I put the request in. I only needed a small area of my roof repaired and worried that it was to small of a job for anyone to bother driving to my house for. He told me that he would look at my roof that day, and he did. He called me to tell the the price and said that he would be at my house the next day to do the repairs and he was. I can't say enough about him. I will be spreading the word about him and would absolutely hire him again.

These were repairs on a house we are getting ready to sell, there is always a punch list of items.  Eric is able to suggest solutions and perform the work as described.  very punctual and communication is very good.

Mom refuses to look at the internet, so I used my Angies List membership (in Illinois) to find her a handyman in Massachusetts. Eric got right back to her and set up a convenient time. I was delighted to hear that she had only positive things to say .. He fixed all kinds of things from plumbing to electrical to carpentry, all beautifully and at a price that was more than fair. It's a relief and a joy to have a mother who is so independent and contented. Eric has been a godsend to both mom and me.

In the middle of the worst snow disaster season I have ever seen, he came to my house promptly and raked the roof.  He delivered on time and charge a very reasonable rate.

I contacted Eric about cleaning gutters on my house and he responded very quickly. 
He was out at the house the next week exactly as scheduled (I was very happy with the fact that he made it out so quickly).
Eric performed the work quickly, professionally (took a bucket up to minimize the mess and made sure to run water down gutters) and the cost was very reasonable. 
I am very pleased with the timing, professionalism and cost and will definitely have Eric back in the future.

e Eric is always on time, does the job and you would never know he's been there. This year he was early and I wasn't home. He did the work, of course. I knew he'd been there because I could see the gutters free of thleaves that had been there. I called him and sent him a check. 
He is always great. He keeps me on his list and does the work every year. He's honest and doesn't do things when not needed. He returns phone calls and is a pleasure to do business with.

Eric was extremely responsive and did a fantastic job cleaning the gutters of a cottage recently purchased in West Brookfield MA.
He removed pine needles and "gunk" and disposed of the debris.
He gave me a quote over the phone and his estimate was within the range quoted. 
I would highly recommend Lavalle Home and Property Services and will use Eric again

When I messaged him he responded the next day and was at the house the following day. He did a great job and was able to fix all the problems. There were more problems than I expected and he fixed them and then stayed true to his first very reasonable price. I would definitely hire him again.

We bought an older house that needed some work done. We found Eric on Angie's List and decided to give him a try. He showed up right on time. He was very knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently. 3 months later and the chimney caps and flu seals are still on and doing their job. Since that job we have also hired him to fix a few other things including our garage door.
We are definitely going to hire him again for other projects.

This went well. I had called other roofing contractors they did not want to do the job because removing the satellite might result in a leaky roof. Lavallee did a totally professional job. He used an epoxy specifically designed to seal up the holes in the roof left behind by the satellite dish. He took the time and did it right.
