Guaranteed Building Maintenance

Mr. Truax was prompt in his response to my request, as well as the scheduling of my repair.  This was an insurance claim, and thankfully he was very knowledgeable with the obligations of the insurance company.  This resulted in a more thorough and comprehensive repair for my home.  The work was top quality, professionally done and completed in a very timely fashion.  I have quite a few gardens surrounding my home and was concerned about damage to the plants.  True to his word, I couldn't even tell the team was there, except of course the all the work was done...and  not one plant was disturbed.

The insurance company arrived quickly and we called Guaranteed Building Maintenance for help rebuilding.  Dan Truax, the business owner arrived quickly and immediately set our minds at ease.  We were reassured by his experience dealing with insurance companies and the whole process, which we had never done before.  He promised to get the most pressing issue (the roof) done ASAP and within 48 hours it was done.  He then brought in terrific carpenters who did a magnificent job of rebuilding both decks.  All the while, Dan didn’t expect or ask for a penny from us, knowing that he and we had to wait for the insurance money to arrive. (We told him from the start that we didn’t have the cash to pay.) He even called and dealt with the insurance company on our behalf. The end result was fantastic work, quick response, courteous and understanding service and a terrific experience.  The house looks better than it did before the storm!  All in all a fantastic performance from a great company.  I would definitely hire them again and I will enthusiastically recommend this company to others.
