Rude and sloppy.

had to come back2nd time gutters were 1" deep in leaves on half the length,told me it was fine,didnt expect me to go up 30' to check,I guess,well i did,and was really shocked that they said it was done. Wasnt even that good of a job after 2nd visit. they then said i should have had gutters pressure washed if i wanted them clean???

Mr Fontaine was contracted to install gutters and downspouts on our home. He was scheduled to start and install on 4 separate occasions, failing to show each time. When contacted via phone Mr. Fontaine provided us with numerous excusses as to why he failed to call or show up at our site. Would not recommend this company to anyone reviewing these reviews.

Everything seems fine but with insulation you never know until cold arrives!

Shawn was great to work with as were the team that came to work on our property. They were friendly, courteous and efficient. I would definitely reccomend Fontaine Enterprises for all your insulation needs!

Hired Fontaine Enterprises to perform three separate jobs: 1. Additional insulation in my original home through MassSave, work was very good and passed a follow up inspection. 2. New rain gutters, work was very good. 3. Insulation of a new addition to my home, most of the work was acceptable but there were a few mistakes that needed correction. The company was very busy at the time and to their credit the men stayed late to finish the job and keep me on schedule.

Extra attention to detail

Very happy with the work they did. They were true to their word- came when expected, cleaned up after the job, even trimmed one of the tree limbs that was leaning on the roof! Nice to see there are still companies out there that take pride in their work, and they were the lowest bid! They even placed the downspouts so they were not very noticeable and best for runoff away from the house. Highly recommend Fontaine!

They did a great job cleaning my gutters. My only criticism is that they did not clean up the dead leaves from the pool patio after cleaning. The mulched up leaves were a mess. Otherwise, I was very happy.

Finding a company through Home Advisor was a greater experience. I'll use you again if I have a home improvement project. This company was very professional and did a fantastic job.

Fontaine called me as soon as I sent in the information to Service magic. He came that day and gave us a quote and did the work the following week. He was reasonable and did all clean up.

Fontaine was the only contractor who made certain to come to my home when I would be there to assess the project requirements and be able to provide an accurate, and fairly priced, quote, as my back yard is fenced in and the gutters on the back of the house cannot be seen from the front. The other contractor who quoted did so while seeing only 50% of the required work area and consequently did not include everything in the quote that was needed. Fontaine's installer was quickly scheduled and the work was done to spec, with all debris cleaned up and removed upon departure. I would recommend them highly for gutters.

Mr. Don Cash is a very knowledgeable and professional person. He was extremely helpful in getting our sunroom insulated with a very tight budget. Very impressive!
