When I contacted them for a quote, they gave me a time when they will be at my home.  They never turned up on that day.  I have called few times but they never responded to my call.  This should have been my first warning.  They came after couple of days.  I explained what needed to be done and they gave me a quote.    And they kept calling me to see if they can start the work right-away.  This should have been my second warning.  After talking to few other contractors, I decided to give my work to them.  They confirmed that this is a 4 day job. They showed up (4 guys) on time on the first day, took retainer money and started working.  After couple of hours Chris (the owner) came to me and asked for 90% of materials cost so that he can order and get these materials ready next day.  I didn't think at that time as this is my first experience as a new home-owner dealing with contractors. They took the money and left for the day.  This was back in june, 2013.   I have not seen them since then.   I have tried calling them more than 100 times.  They don't pick up your phone.  Chris (the owner) picked up couple of times to give me all kinds of stories.  They took 80% of the time and not even did 5% of the work.
They are the most dishonest, horrible people to deal with.  Never trust them and never give them your hard earned money.  I should have seen earlier review on this company before I contacted them.  Very big mistake. 
Please don't make the mistake that I made and never ever hire these fraud/unethical people.

What was completed was a painful process. They would tell us they were coming and then not show up. This went on for months.   They would then show up, stay for 10-20 minutes and leave. After over a year, the work is still not completed and they stopped returning our calls.  I've contacted the AG's office to try and resolve and they do not return calls.  

Their work ethic is horrible, they are the most dishonest people/company I have ever been involved with and the quality of their work is sloppy and cheap.  They said that a "mistake" was made when ordering our new windows and siding came instead.  They offered to refund my money.  They wrote a few bad checks to refund us and then stopped returning our calls.   A painful lesson in making sure that your contractor is insured, reliable and honest and recommended by others.
