 + -1 moreNot a moment was wasted! When I opened the door to greet Krys she had her camera out. She'd already taken exterior photos. In the course of the job she captured shots and angles I never considered (one benefit of choosing a specialist). She was patient when I asked for multiple takes in rooms where I felt it was important to make adjustments to lighting, window treatments and furnishings. The before and after correspondence was easy, too. Don't hesitate to contact her.

 + 0 moreShe was very prompt taking the pictures and preparing the materials; by its very nature the job is always urgent (you don't want to take pictures until the house is ready to show, and want to start showing it as soon as possible when it is). She was very helpful guiding us on how best to use her services. We cannot recommend her highly enough.
Description of Work: Krys is a consumate pro at her specialty - photographing homes for sale and creating both printed and on-line sales materials. We've sold two homes (by owner) now using her services: in both cases she took pictures the truly presented the home in its best possible light, giving potential buyers an accurate but very favorable first impression. She also prepared floor plan documents we could use both on line and in our sales brochure, and put together outstanding on-line presentations we could host ourselves or link to her site, and included them for us in the MLS (we signed up with a separate listing-only brokerage service).
