C.J. Capobianco Licensed Electrician

The main circuit breaker for our home blew when we had some other contractors doing work. We tried calling a number of places for help. CJ was prompt in responding, gave an accurate estimate of when he would be able to come. He had to wait overnight for the replacement part but communicated well and showed up on time the next day and took care of the issue. I would recommend him.

Very well, CJ is punctual and does an excellent job. He spend the bulk of the day installing exterior lights on the front and back of the house and while there were challenges, he moved forward and stayed until he finished. I would absolutely hire CJ again for any other electrical projects I have.

I was very anxious to get my alarm repaired ASAP. After placing calls to 2 other electricians first and leaving messages, I tried CJ. He actually answers the phone himself! It was a pleasant surprise. I explained my issue and asked if he could send someone out that day. I was so relieved that he was able to send Dave out that afternoon. Dave arrived in the timeframe specified. Super nice guy, professional, and did the job perfectly. CJ is also very pleasant to deal with on the phone. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will call them first the next time I need work done.

David came out for the hot tub job and spent an hour disconnecting the cables. He taped and labeled the cablkes in the main box so future electricians would know what they were. He disconnected the cables from the hot tub box, and removed the conduit from the house to save the wiring for the person purchasing the hot tub. We asked CJ back to do some jobs that we had been putting off. They installed a replacement bathroom fan/light and install a new light strip in another bathroom.

As they were about to leave, I mentioned a phone jack that had gone dead after some work 5 years ago. CJ went out, found the problem, and fixed the jack. We were really thrilled to have it back again. They both went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. They will certainly be our first call when we need any other electrical work done.

It went very well, I discussed my concerns for my tenants, CJ recommended a solution and installed the fixtures. He also recommended low energy types of fixtures so the electrical bill for the house account is now lower and the tenants are happy.

Let's start with the most important first impression....CJ answers his phone! He is extremely pleasant to talk to on the phone. I had CJ out because I had some lights and plugs the have been problamatic since I moved in to my house. I decided that I've had enough. I called around and * of course* no electrician answered their phone, except CJ. He set an appointment with me, and on the day of the appointment, he called me to ask if he could come a little early, not to cancel or say he'll be late, but early! I d*** near had a heart attack.
When he arrived he was very patient while I rambled on about my issue, and asked me many questions about the situation. CJ suggested we walk around and look at different parts of my electrical system. He discovered a few issues during the walk around, but instead of saying and quot;Well this is horrible, this is hacked ect.and quot; he explained WHAT the problem was, and WHY it was a problem. He made it very simple to understand what was going on, so when he made suggestions to fix them, I new what he was talking about. I felt no pressure, and because of the time he spent explaining things to me, I was confident he was not trying to sell me the Brooklyn Bridge.We agreed to a price, and for the amount of work seemed more than fair. He was as friendly and proffesional during the work as he was during our first meeting. He took good care not to damage anything and left my house cleaner than it was when he got there! I should have him give lessons to my kids!
Over all, an A+++ experience. My issues have gone away, and some things that I hadn't noticed won't show up in frustrating ways later.
