Gabe us a fraud! He took my money and did shoddy amateur work (see pictures), did not meet deadlines, and did electrical work in my home that could have caused a fire! He is NOT certified electrician! He pays people to give him positive reviews. Do yourself a favor and RUN!!!!

"Hey [Member Name Removed], unfortunately none of what you say is true. We told you many times that you should hire an electrician but you insisted on us doing the work "I need to save money on this project". Also we did not do the work ourselves we hired an electrician to do all the work. Also we don't pay for positive reviews, because a lot of the people we work for don't throw in a lot of FREE extras as "part of the job"."

They took down 2 interior walls, installed lighting, patched and painted the entire interior, refinished our floors, painted our entire interior and built a 5x12 enclosed porch.

I Thought the project went as planned very well. Elie was very helpful throughout the whole process. The windows were measured and ordered within a 3 week time frame. Elie was prompt as he said he would be when the windows arrived. He was here for approx. 3 - 4 days. I think Elie did a wonderful job installing my windows. I would recommend him to anyone.

He worked under the name Elie Armany but I found out that that License number is under someone else's name. The tile is crooked and not sealed, the tile on the floor is coming up, the window he laid isn't in, the toilet is leaking. He won't come back and he won't take my calls. He took advantage of me and actually tricked me into giving him checks.

"The day that I installed the tile I explained to (member name removed) not to walk on the tiles before they were dry which would take a couple of days, however she did, loosening the adhesion process causing the tiles to pop loose, it is not my responsibility to correct the work she sabotaged. This is the first time I have heard anything about a problem with the window. (member name removed) wanted me to work on a second bathroom at no charge when I told her that there would be a charge she became upset, hence the problems we are having now. I had a contract with (member name removed) describing the scope of work; the contract states that any alteration or changes there will be an extra charge. She saw the work and was completely happy, that is why she released the second payment, I did not trick her. I have not spoken to (member name removed), if she called she did not leave a message."

They did okay, but they just left the house a mess. They did not clean up, and they left the tools out. I guess I would still use them again in the future. My only complaint is that they should clean up after they work.

There were hang-ups and delays, but all due to the window company, not due to Ron Armany. The end result was fantastic.
