Here's our story.... Once upon a time (over 10 years ago to be exact and counting) two great guys started in the waterproofing industry. After working our way to the top of some of the biggest and well known waterproofing companies in the industry gaining tons of practical experience we had an epiphany. We realized 2 major things. First we were doing phenomenal work, late nights, tons of back breaking labor with absolutely no recognition and little pay. Second we realized the most important issue in this business is the lack of customer satisfaction. Most of the big time companies only care about the money not how much the customer saves or if they solved their wet basement issue but how much they can put in their bank accounts. We got tired of hearing customers complain about the lack of respect and attention they received from the big companies so We set out to change this by putting YOU the customer first. These two men are standout individuals in this field. Not only did they drive over two hours to come to our home for a free estimate, they were beyond professional, courteous, and INCREDIBLY informative on our basement issues. Within minutes of meeting them, they identified the issues, and gave us various options for repairs ranging from sump pump installation to a full French Drain (they do it all)! They were willing to work within our budget (and beat ALL other companies pricing with better quality materials and technology)- and made sure that we felt comfortable with every piece of the project. They clearly explained their plan, step by step, and took the time to answer all 1000 questions we had. By the end of the estimate meeting, My husband and I knew that we wouldn?t feel comfortable going with anyone else.
In terms of work completion, we couldn?t say enough good things about their work ethic. They were on time, efficient, and clean. To be honest- out basement has never been cleaner!
