He is a very cordial, likable guy. I feel like the guarantee of the work is not there. I feel like he doesn't guarantee his work, he came back to look at the work. He noticed it was still leaking and told me when he had time he would come back to address that issue. He told me he would come back, he never called and never came back. Only that he was my neighbor's home looking at some future work I saw him and asked him to come over and look at the work he had done. He told me that he had done everything he could do and that I would hace to contact someone else to take care of the issue.
