Platinum Services was excellent. They were able to come just a few days after I called them and they were prompt and thorough. This was not a small job that we called them out for (it took close to 2 full days of work) and they did a great job. The electrical in our house had only been partially updated and required getting rid of some knob and tube wiring and properly wiring the electrical outlets. They were responsive, prompt, thorough and got the job done right. We hadn't originally asked for the 3 outdoor GFI outlets, the doorbell and the chandeliers and they took these added projects right away while there. We still likely have some knob and tube wiring left in the house that we want to fully get rid of, plus we will be renovating a kitchen soon and for both jobs we will, without a doubt, call Platinum Services.
