I had trouble with them. Their price is average. I have used him three or four times. The food is okay. Each time, they have never come when they say they are going to come. They always forget something or the other. It?s pretty annoying. Last time on Friday I decided not to use them. When I asked them, they were not even nice and apologetic. They were very rough and were busy. I didn?t care for that. Each time they got rougher and rougher when I tried to find out what was going on, why the order was not there. It happens in delivery places, if somebody says they are going to be there in thirty minutes. Then call to find out about it later after forty five minutes, they are usually apologetic. They would occasionally offer something free or a coupon for the next time. Olivio's Grille & Pizzeria are not into that cool customer service. Last time I had to leave the food and they didn?t care at all. I wouldn?t use them in the future.
