They were on time, they were efficient, they removed the old parts, cleaned after themselves. The communication was excellent thru the process. We did not have to chase them. They did exactly what they said they will do. Great company. Have been using them for years for annual burner maintenance (3 units).

Mark, ( son of company owner, family owned biz) came out for quote on time and was professional looking and readily shared his expertise and opinions concerning the heating needs for the apartment.  He responded with a quote quickly and also beat the other vendors prices. He also gave suggestions for the chimney repair and the companies he has done business with ( Atlantic Chimney 781 986-6005, who were also professional, quick with quote and on time for install)  The install was on time on budget and he and his crew are a pleasure to do business with.  He promptly followed up with apps for the permits etc and took the time to go over the system.  The tenants buy their oil from him so they were familiar with him and the company and his professionalism put them at ease also.  I liked his work so much that I did a second boiler for the 2nd floor apartment in june 2012 and replaced the oil tanks and oil lines to comply with the new regs.. He had to pour a foundation for the tanks and bring the new & old 275 gallon tanks in and out of another apt with  no problem and it was a very difficult move. They layed down cardboard to protect the kitchen floor esp important in the rain and there was no damage to the apt.  I have just had him measure the radiators for the 3rd apt to be installed in Sept 2012.  This is a great company to do business with.  I am a professional landlord and do biz with a lot of vendors and this crew is terriffic, honest and genuinely nice people with an old fashioned work ethic.
