He is so good I don't need to use him much. He calls you before he does any work. He's not cheap. He is very informative, pleasant and they have a good attitude. They treat everybody equally. They aren't condescending or act like you should know things.

Dropped car in morning. Received a phone call with issue found and a cost to repair. Called to say problem solved. They were nice, communicated well and stood to estimate.

Overall Mike's is a great place to go when your car needs work. I never feel like i've over paid or been sold anything I don't need.
