Mike is the best of the best. The workmanship is excellent. Customer service is excellent. Every things about his job and attitude can be described as exemplary. The job was converging oil heating system to gas heating and replacing gas water heater to a tankless one. He suggested the best option for us. The cleanness of work environment is unbelievable. I guess all work they did could be describe as excellent and an exemplary.

I guess I hired both by accident. I'm not good with the phone texting and what not. I felt so bad, but M&F were the first to show up and they did a great job! Very professional, friendly, and understanding. They quoted me a price the day before and it wasn't a penny over even though I thought it probably should have cost more. They were great! Justin showed up a little later and I couldn't apologize enough. He was very understanding and graceful about the mix up which was totally my bad. They all said sometimes this happens.

Mike was great. Scheduled the job immediately, arrived as planned. Came right in and went right to work. They were done within three hours. Workmanship was excellent. Mike explained the warranty and details of thre cost. What he quoted is exactly what it cost. Very please with the work, but you cannot pay with a credit card. But, I would still contact M&F for future plumbing work. Highly recommended. Just don't plan pay with credit cards.

Very responsive. Had the furnace go bad a month after the hot water tank burst, and in the middle of the winter! (When it rains it pours...) Although it burned a hole in my pocket, it was something that needed to get done and Mike was able to do it as efficiently as he could.

M&F Plumbing, arrived as scheduled, picked up my hot water heater at Home Depot and installed it (and removed my old hot water heater) in a timely and professional manner. They left the area clean. Their quoted price never changed. I would highly recommend Mike and M&F Plumbing to others and will consider them for any future plumbing issues I may have.

Solved the problem quickly, did the repair well and correctly. I thought the time spent and labor charged were unaligned.

Mike at M&F was amazing. I had already had a different plumber come out and diagnose my water heater issue (which I later found out was incorrect). But that plumber couldn't get the part for 7-10 days. When I called Mike to get a quote on a new install, he asked me several questions to get an understanding of what was going on and he ended up calling the manufacturer for me (without ever having been to my house) to get the part. He was able to get it the next day and came to my house to install it. He gave me great advice about repairing it vs. trying to get a new one. And he quickly discovered the real issue with the water heater - a bird in the motor. He was super nice, explained everything thoroughly, easy to get in touch with, came out quickly and charged a very reasonable rate $125 compared to other plumbers around. The other plumber charged me $225 just to come out and spend an hour diagnosing the problem (by calling the manufacturer and letting them do the trouble shooting). I will definitely use M&F for all my plumbing needs. They were great.

I had a very small project but Bob made sure I knew it was a priority for him. He kept me up to date with what day and exact time he would arrive. He did the job quick at a great rate. Would hire again in a heartbeat.

Excellent service | Timely scheduling and installation | Personal, Clean, and Neat We had an issue with immediate need of water heater replacement. M&F Plumbing (Mike) was highest reviewed at time (4.88 – homeadvisor.com) and was the automated response call from homeadvisor.com . Mike spoke to me about service, HWH unit, and cost clearly and gave me an available window of time to decide. I took that time to research the replacement HWH unit, as well as related pricing and service expectations. All but the HWH model came up with great reviews/responses - the HWH models Mike uses are "American Water Heater" and their reviews came up with a lot of low reviews about pilot light, thermostat issues as well as customer service direct with vendor (not Mike). In speaking again with Mike, he had nothing but good recommendations for the model and in specific issues with pilot & thermostat (he stated he had worked with this HWH unit up to ten years and no issues/calls for either). He scheduled within same day, arrived timely, walked me through the basics of the work, handled removal of old equipment, and was independent in completing (he did have an assistant - Brendan? and he was personable and friendly). Once completed Mike ran through the basics of warranty for both HWH unit and his services. Charge came in low end of estimate. I would highly recommend him to others as seen by my rating - Mike is a hard guy to dislike and was able to address and satisfy my requirements quickly.
