+ -1 moreI called the store to report that my chair broke down and I would like them to come out to fix it. They said that the chair was under warranttee but a service call would cost $109.00. To add insult to injury, they said that I was free to take the chair to any other repair person at the cost to me. So much for them honoring their warranttee. I'm going to throw the chair in the garbage.
Description of Work: I purchased a La-Z-Boy recliner and was told that it had a lifetime warrantee.

+ -1 moreThey were very nice. We got a really good price and they were very cooperative. We went in for rugged furniture because we have grand children and dogs. The prices were good because I got a floor model. They were very cooperative and very nice to work with. They gave me different ideas on how to decorate. I wasn't sure on a color so they helped me out by telling me the other colors to compliment it. The furniture is in very good shape.
Description of Work: We bought rugged furniture from Laz Boy.
