Right off the bat, he asked for more money, stating the 5 large oak grindings were not included in the price (I refused to pay any more money). I had to remove them myself. At the end of the job, there was a misunderstanding between JK and the tree service doing the job (the 3 small oaks were not included in the price) So, they cut them down, but not before cutting my black walnut I wanted to keep, and then they left all the brush for me to clean up myself. Jeff told me he would be back the next day to haul away some of the brush. He never showed & never responded after 3 phone calls. They also never trimmed the large oak, which in my first message I told him I would be willing to wait until he has another job in the area, but with no return phone call. I'm guessing he has no intention of completing this contract. Also, while they were here 3 girls came by to talk to the guys and one of the guys mom's stopped by. I'm a pretty casual person, but this outfit is extremely unprofessional. JK should stick to mowing grass!!
