 + -1 moreThis was one of the worst experiences of my life. I have never protested or picketed anything - but the Fred and Nadine team has me rethinking my position. Just awful - I'm still upset.
Description of Work: Fred represented the seller of my dream home. I offered through my broker, my offer was upped twice to prevent acceptance of other offers. My offer was accepted. I found out 2 days before purchase and sale, after spending money on home inspections, that Fred had failed to disclose a 20 year lease on property. Wouldn't work with me to resolve. Deal fell apart - and guess what? Within 24 hours the house was sold to one of his clients. Amazing. Be very careful if you go anywhere near this broker.I did try to get hlep from Keller Williams. They were rude and unwilling to address the unethical behavior.
