Major issues with company has been lack of responsiveness to property management company requests and specifications in contract. Several complaints have been received from unit owners as to workers’ interactions with them. This year, they have chosen not to adhere to the MA Executive Order to wear masks. Lastly, when there is an issue, they are almost always unwilling to accept responsibility.
