Ross was the sales engineer. I needed to have an a/c and heating unit put in, because mine was over flowing and he volunteered to build a wooden stand if it was not high enough. Unfortunately it was high enough and he was willing to get it down in his own time. He went to a friend of mine, who was advised to have her unit replaced, whereas he said it had to be just tuned and nothing else. I would recommend him any day, but I am scared also, because if he gets busy and when I call him, I don’t know if he will be able to come. I will continue to use him in future.
