He came back and blew more insulation into the walls. This work also failed within a month.
Between the initial installation and his attempted repair I went to the Green Fiber website and found out how the work was suppose to be done. I found that Ryan Hosein had taken several "shortcuts" with the prep-work but most importantly he had shorted the installed material by about 30%. By using 50 bags of cellulose less than Green Fiber required he would have made about $500 extra.
I don't believe this was an honest mistake.
