 + -1 moreAN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. BATES WAS RECOMMENDED BY COMPLETE CHIMNEY SERVICE WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFERRAL TO REPAIR THE WATER-DAMAGED WALL BEFORE INSTALLING A NEW DOUBLE-WALL METAL CHIMNEY. EVERYTHING WENT VERY SMOOTHLY AND THE WORK WAS COMPLETED ON TIME. DAN WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND PATIENT IN ANSWERING THE MANY QUESTIONS I POSED, INCLUDING EXPLORING DIFFERENT OPTIONS TO HELP US KEEP WITHIN OUR BUDGET. AFTER THE WORK HAD BEEN COMPLETED, HE CALLED TO MAKE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE JOB.
Description of Work: REMOVED AND REPLACED WATER-DAMAGED (ROTTED) OUTDOOR WALL SHEATHING, FRAMING, AND WINDOW TRIM, AND PAINTING AFTER REPLACEMENT.
