AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. BATES WAS RECOMMENDED BY COMPLETE CHIMNEY SERVICE WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFERRAL TO REPAIR THE WATER-DAMAGED WALL BEFORE INSTALLING A NEW DOUBLE-WALL METAL CHIMNEY. EVERYTHING WENT VERY SMOOTHLY AND THE WORK WAS COMPLETED ON TIME. DAN WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND PATIENT IN ANSWERING THE MANY QUESTIONS I POSED, INCLUDING EXPLORING DIFFERENT OPTIONS TO HELP US KEEP WITHIN OUR BUDGET. AFTER THE WORK HAD BEEN COMPLETED, HE CALLED TO MAKE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE JOB.
