Went well. Took less time than expected which was reflected in price.

Fine. Cost a bit steep

We use them on a regular basis, they’re plumbers, so we use them often. Price? I really don’t know, but it was reasonable. They’re always on time, they clean up, they give you a decent price and they tell you if they can or cannot do the work.

Very well. They were there quickly. Price very reasonable. All around great company. Even had to call them for a random question later and they remembered me and the house and were very helpful over the phone.

I've used Deacon numerous times over the years, and I've always had good experiences.  They always respond quickly, they show on time, and they consistently do good work.

The first time they came out, they thought something needed to be replaced.  It did not stop the problem but on the second visit they discovered the cause of the problem and fixed it at no extra cost.

We have used Deacon Plumbing for several years and have found them to be very responsive. They usually come to our house within a couple days of our call. Recently, they replaced a 75 gallon gas fired hot water heater. They picked up the heater from their plumbing supply place, installed it, took away the old hot water heater (not every company will do this) and installed a temporary CO detector and explained how the building code had changed and what we had to do in order to be fully compliant with the new code. Their plumber who usually does work for us, Bob, is very polite, knowledgeable and professional. We like Bob and Deacon Plumbing.

Deacon was excellent. They came the next day, were extremely efficient and very cost effective. They trouble-shooted very well and we were extremely impressed with the final products

Deacon Plumbing was extremely helpful while our old hot water heater was failing. They gave us lots of free advice about how to keep it running safely while we waited for the new water heater that we had ordered to arrive. When the water heater (ordered through Lowe's and paid for by us) did arrive, Deacon Plumbing was able to arrange an appointment at short notice the next day, though because of my work schedule, I needed to wait three days. So they made an appointment the first day I was available. The plumber showed up a little TOO punctually. I was told that they would leave their shop at 8:00 a.m. to come to my house, which I thought would work perfectly, since my partner leaves for work at 8:00. In fact, the plumber arrived at 7:56 and blocked my partner's car in the driveway. He was a little testy about moving his truck out of the driveway so that my partner could leave, but he did so. The plumber seemed very competent, and our new water heater seems well installed. It is working fine. The price is a little steep, but not too out of line with other local plumbers, with whom we've sometimes had less satisfying experiences. My only complaint is that the plumber could not or would not remove the old water heater, and so we will have to arrange pickup with the town and carry it out ourselves.

.Called on a Friday, was able to send them photos by email. Linda called early the next week with a quote,and we scheduled for that week. They came when they said they would, did nice neat work and left no mess behind. They also did the job for $ 125 less than the quote. They were very professional and communicated very well.

After a major rain storm, the pilot light in my gas hot water heater would not work. (it's 10 years old) I repeatedly tried to light the pilot light but it would not stay on. I called Deacon Plumbing at night and they called back by 8 AM. they would send someone over in an hour. The plumber came in, went directly to work. courteous and knew what he was doing, He determined that water got into the air intake pipe and that is why the pilot would not stay on. he was able to clear the water from the pipe and checked the water heater while he was there. he stayed to make ure the pilot light would stay on before stating he was done. $92 for 1/2 hour work. another plumber did not call back until the following day, another called and stated he would cost $125.
I did ask about the cost of replacing my hot water heater. it is a direct vent, gas water heater. It stays on even if the electricity is out. they researched the water heater and sent me a quote in two days. it was $2500 to replace, labor and dispose the old one. I have not received any other estimates to compare their price on the replacement but it seemed high. I have not replaced it yet.

I use them all the time. I am very satisfied with them. They are always right on top of things. When I was working, they would call me and say give me half an hour to get home. They are reliable and I will continue to use them.

I had been building a bucket list of little plumbing projects. An aerator on our bathroom sink was messed up and we had taken it off and unsuccessfully tried to replace it (bad move on my part). We also had an outdoor faucet that constantly leaked so we had to keep the shut-off valve closed unless we used it. Then I saw online that our Flushmate toilet was being recalled because of pressure building up in the tank was causing some of them to literally explode (sending shards of of the tank everywhere and causing extensive water damage). I ordered the repair kit and decided I didn't want to screw it up (good move on my part). The day it arrived my wife noticed that there was a small pool of water coming off of one of the pipes on the boiler. Now was the time to clear the bucket list!
I called Deacon Plumbing and they scheduled Bob to come out. He showed me how the gasket in the expansion tank had blown which was causing the backflow of water on the boiler. He replaced the expansion tank and then moved on. I showed him the recall kit from Flushmate and I'm glad I called him to do it, as the pressure regulator they sent was 1/2and quot; and I had 3/8and quot; piping. He had all the right tools to make the conversion. He then fixed my faucet aerator (reassembling the parts I had saved) in about 3 minutes and now the faucet doesn't gush water all over the vanity. Finally he replaced the faucet outside with a much better fixture that we think was original to the house.

They are nice company to deal with. They come on time and stick with the price the price they give you.

As always, the plumber arrived on time---and on short notice. He correctly identified the source of the leak. He did not have the needed type of valve on his truck, but went to obtain it and returned promptly to complete the job.

I couldn't have been happier with the service. My wife called at 9AM and they were in my office by noon. The plumber knew exactly what the problem was and bent over backwards to track down the problem part. The work area was clean when he was done. My wife and I are now compiling a "laundry list" of plumbing things we need done around the house and plan on calling Deacon later this spring.

I have used the multiple times for small plumbing and they were pretty good, but I had them come in on one occasion I was not satisfied with them. They made a huge mess with the sewage of the house. I was very angry with them. The owner never compensated me for that.

Deacon Plumbing was recommended to me by two different people. I was given an appointment quickly and was told the rate of $92/hour would apply. On the day of service, the plumber arrived within ten minutes of the time quoted. However, I did not receive the same day confirmation call that I was told to expect. The plumber quickly replaced the laundry and kitchen faucets with the new ones I provided and then went to work on the bathroom faucet. I told him that we were having trouble turning the cold handle and that the stopper was not working properly. I did mention that we are planning to remodel both the bathroom and kitchen next year and that the faucet needs to last until then. He stated that he did not have the correct stems for the faucet, but that it should be fine for a while. He did not elaborate any further and went out to his van to write up my bill. While he was outside, I went to wash my hands at the kitchen sink and found that the cold tap was actually hooked up to the hot water line and the hot tap was hooked up to the cold line. I pointed this out when he came back into the house and he quickly swapped them and left with what would be my first check of the day for $176.09. At that point, I was pretty happy that the three faucets has been dealt with quickly and easily. An hour or so later, I was using the bathroom sink and noticed water leaking from the hot tap. I called the office at Deacon and was told that they would speak with the plumber and get back to me. It turns out that he had noticed the leak but didn't bother to mention it or fix it because "he thought I already knew about it". (Why would I have bothered to pay to have the two other problems with that faucet fixed if I had known about the leak? Was it even leaking before he started working on it?) I was then told that I could contact Kohler directly and get the stems needed for free (which could take days), or that Deacon could provide them for $16 each and come back to repair the faucet. As I was already home for the day, it was just easier to have them get the stems and take care of the problem. The plumber returned later the same day and installed the new stems and I got socked with a second bill for $103.53. It would have been cheaper to buy a new bathroom faucet and have it installed than have to have Deacon "fix" it twice. Despite the fact that the plumber and the office person were very polite and nice, I would not use this company again and will definitely not consider them when we remodel the house next year. You don't get a second chance to make a great first impression and this company just didn't.

The kitchen sink in our new home was draining very, very slowly. I called Deacon on a Monday, and the associate on the phone was very courteous. She asked when I'd like someone to come out, I suggested Wednesday, and was given the first appointment of the day. On Wednesday, the plumber arrived right on time, was friendly and professional, and got to work right away. He seemed very knowledgeable, worked quickly, and explained to me what he found. About an hour later, the clog was cleared, the plumber gave me some advice for maintenance, we went over the bill (charged for labor only), and he was on his way. A very positive experience overall, and I would definitely feel comfortable calling Deacon for any future plumbing issues.

Went very well. The office dispatcher is very knowledgeable and correctly relayed the work to be done and the parts needed. The plumbing technician was efficient and capable. Supplies were available in the truck so that he could provide a Mohn faucet assembly when I decided at the last minute to install one.

I set up an appt 3 weeks in advance in order to get the earliest appt possible for an estimate on work. I was told the plumber would leave Stoughton at 8am, so I could expect him 8:15-8:30. I got a voicemail on my cell phone last night saying he could be here as early as 7:30. It said not to call back because they would call in the morning. I came in from the rain this morning to a vmail left on my cell at 7:15 am from a private number (no way to call back) saying that since I didn't answer, I could call back to reschedule. I called the company number immediately, but received voicemail. I left a vmail saying I still wanted them to come, pointing out I had stayed home from work for the appt. I got a call back at 7:56 am from Linda (?) saying they would not be coming. She explained that she calls in the morning and if she doesn't reach you, you are cancelled. She said she calls from her cell because she doesn't get in to the office until 8am. Either you answer, or you are cancelled.

Everything went extremely good. The man was very confident. They got the job done and at a reasonable price. While he was here, I asked him to give me a quote for a water filter as well. I am pleased with my experience.
