Contractor corresponded and bid project via e-mail, very convienient and easy to deal with. Work was done on time and very high quality. Ceiling repair invloved matching existing plaster, repair was so good it was difficult to see where the repair was done, approx 6x6 foot section. Wall repaired was about 15 ft long and 3 ft high, surface was heavily deteriorated and looked hideous. Entire wall was resurfaced and looked like new, wish I had done it years ago. Front steps repaired, mortar replaced and gaps caulked. Would recommend this contractor to anyone, friendly, honest and high quality work with very fair pricing.

The work went well. They were neat professional and did not disrupt the household. The room looks beautiful.

It was great. Dan looked the whole shower over carefully. He gave a detailed explanation of the problem and how he planned to repair it. He promptly sent an estimate that proved to be on target. He repaired the shower within a week and was very neat, punctual and professional. He even fixed a loose showerhead that he discovered during the course of work.

They determined from the beginning an easier and faster way to resolve problem. Realized original shower built improperly and work was done quickly and much less expense than estimate. Shower floor looks great and there have been no leaks!

Dan was a delight to work with from start to finish. We chose him because he was professional and honest with us. He also was very reasonably priced. He told us the time table and he delivered (much less time than every other estimate). He was excellent at communicating with us when there were the inevitable unforeseen problems, such as a pipe that was discovered behind a soffit that had to be moved. He was unfailingly upbeat and worked hard to make sure we were happy with the finished results. He returned promptly and without complaint to fix a minor problem after the work was completed. First photo below is a "before" picture, the other 3 are "after." The space was truly transformed. The larger window is one of my favorite additions, and I love the way the light changes the look at different times of the day. It¹s been fun to watch people¹s faces when we show them the renovation, their mouths literally drop open.

From start to finish his work was impeccable. He and his crew left the job spotless. He alerted me to specials the window company was running. He and his men were neat, quick and above all did superior workmanship on the job.
