In 2014, Bob and crew set up 4 sprinkler zones and even included the flower garden section.  
He checks in before the fall to shut down the system and he just came last week to turn the system on for the season.  Bob reviewed in detail the control panel with me and completely understood the recommendation from my landscaper (water longer period less frequently to encourage deep roots).
I really liked Bob's responsiveness and his patience in explaining and teaching.

Another company had originally quoted me "a couple hundred dollars." Then, when it was time to actually do the job, they
tried to talk me out of it and do it myself.  I didn't want to do that, so they then created al kinds of reasons why the job would
ow cost $750-1200.  I called The Sprinkler Doctor, he came right away & got the job done quickly.  He has done other small
repairs on my system, and will soon close it down for the season.

Bob did a very good job finding all the faults in our system and repairing them.  He was very polite and professional and I will use his services again in the future.

Called for an estimate for repair and annual maintenance. Came within a week to look a job. Never heard from again. Waste of time.

Bob has always been very responsive to our phone calls, timely in his appointments, friendly, and fair in his prices.  For this particular call, he by our home a little early.  I wasn't home to speak with him, but he looked at the work that needed to be done and left me a detailed message with an estimate.   We are still figuring out our plans for our yard and what might need to be done with our irrigation system, but if there is any sprinkler work that needs to be done, we plan on calling The Sprinkler Doctor.

Excellent. Quickly found the valve location and problem, and resolved it. I mentioned the leaky backflow preventor mechanism (wasn't the intent of the call) and again quickly diagnosed and repaired it. Cost matched the rough estimate.

Recently moved into a new home where the irrigation system was maintained poorly by the previous homeowner.  They came out and made the necessary repairs to the leaking plumbing, installed a new rain sensor, and changed some of the sprinkler heads which were too large.  As well as added on two more heads and moved others to make sure the lawn was properly watered.  The price was lower than I expected for all the work.  They even pointed out problems we needed to call the plumber for.  They'll be our regular irrigation service twice a year when it needs to be winterized and then turned back on.

water. Also they took the time to show me how to work the system. They arrived
when they said would, and finished right on time. Highly Recommend!

Whole process went very well. Gentleman came to house to see what we needed, later provided quote. He came back when promised, completed the job was polite and professional. Would not hesitate to use company in the future.
