+ -1 moreExcellent all round. Steve was recommended by an Angie's list contractor. He was here within 48 hours, explained everything to me, cleaned up, made sure I understood all the decisions I was making. Just great.
Description of Work: Removed old vent fan from 9ft bathroom ceiling (1875 house). Widened opening in lathe/plaster ceiling. Installed new vent fan.
