It's been a challenge getting HVAC companies to respond or follow-up to schedule appointments. I'm happy to give my business to a company that will respond quickly and professionally.
This was an $89 big deal purchase. They did more than they said, in fact they installed a new boiler for us after they did the inspection. They are kind of a large company. They are professional. They have experience installing systems so they were able to give us a quote that was honest. They pointed us to the heat saving program and things like that. Their service was good and I have not had any issues with the actual work. They are responsive if you pay for them to respond to you.
