Screen Repair
Picked up the mower and paid the fee. Took it home and within three minutes of use it literally fell apart. I mean one wheel fell off the body of the mower. I immediately brought it back to Rounds and was met with the rudest and most dismissive attitude I have ever experienced. The owner of the store (who was called over my the front desk clerk) would not acknowledge that his store bore any responsibility for breaking my mower. He offered to fix the mower - for the regular price or sell me a new mower! No thanks. I'll frequent one of the big box hardware stores from now on. And I'll tell you now that I get more personal service and better treatment from both Lowes and Home Depot. So much for shopping local.

THE WORK WAS DONE IN A COUPLE OF DAYS, AND WAS VERY REASONABLY PRICED. GREAT JOB. THE SCREENS ARE LIKE NEW!
