Description of Work: I called powderhouse plumbing, I needed a new heating system installed, because what I had was not good enough for the whole house and I had to compensate with electric heat. powderhouse came and look at every possibility including trying to use the old furnace and adding another to expand, which did not work but at least he tried. I have and addition which to run piping and wires needs to go through a concrete wall. Powderhouse was not intimidated by it. He just said if they can't get through with the equipment they have, they would contract out to someone who could, which would be an additional cost. John got back to me within one week with his estimate. I was sure I was getting a fair price for the work that was being done. I signed the contract and within two weeks the company was here and started the work. It took them 4 days to finish, just as John had said and this was all done with very little inconveinence for me and my family. I also needed to have and electrician come in to install thermostate for each section of the house. I asked John and he set up the appt with the electrician and he was here with him to fix a small leak which I found 1 week after the installation. My house was warm. John told me to call if there were any leaks anywhere or if we had any problems. All of the workers that came to my house were profressional and curtious. they clean up after themselves. I would highly recommend Powderhouse Plumbing to do any work in your house.

Description of Work: Needed a new valve on my steam radiator.

Description of Work: Replaced water heater on emergency basis Friday evening. Previously replaced kitchen drain system. Several years ago plumbed a new bathroom.
