Masonry Work
Paul made a special trip to come look at my foundation. He showed up on time. However, his assistant actually did the work. The assistant caused substantial damage to my bricks with a grinding wheel. I very nicely expressed to Paul that the assistant's work was not acceptable 3 times before Paul asked him to stop. Paul then claimed he was going to get new mortar. He returned later, packed up his tools, and took off without finishing the job. When I spoke to him on the phone and expressed my concern - he was very rude and hung up on me. I was lucky that he did not ask for a down payment. I recommend you avoid this contractor.
