WE GOT THIS COMPANY THROUGH HOME DEPOT. WHEN THEY FIRST CAME OUT WE HAD SOME FLOOR DAMAGE (UNRELATED TO THEIR INSTALLATION). ONCE THAT WAS FIXED, THEY FIT US INTO THEIR SCHEDULE QUICKLY TO FINISH THE CARPET INSTALLATION. HOWEVER, THEY WERE SIX HOURS LATE ON THAT RETURN INSTALLATION.
