Merry Maids of Stoneham

They cleaned and sanitized my basement. Super happy with this companies professionalism. They where able to accommodate my busy schedule and showed up on time as promised.

I've used this service for over a year. The quality of the cleaning has been fair to good and the price is high. I'm writing this review because, in my last service, jewelry items went missing from my jewelry box and the office manager has not taken my complaint seriously. One of the items miraculously turned up in their vacuum cleaner and was returned damaged. The other items are still missing and I have not received an explanation other than, and quot;they must have fallen on the floorand quot;. I've searched high and low and the items are not in my house. I can only assume that they were stolen or, at the very least, were carelessly handled. I have fired them and my husband is filing a police report for the lost/stolen items. I am looking for the franchise owner name (Stoneham office) to report the incident but don't see any business information online. I will let the police handle this if I don't get satisfaction from the franchise.

They are very good; they are great. I have them come in once a month and when I come home from work my house is clean. They are reliable and friendly. They do a good job. I've never had any sort of a complaint. They are pretty thorough.

They leave it spotless. They do not waste anytime. They are very polite and courteous.

They were on time, did a thourogh job and was concerned about getting things just the way I wanted them. I liked the profesionalism of the cleaners and they did a terrific job.

The service is very good. I have a feeling that they are a little more expensive than others.

Quality varies from week to week. I have used them for many years only because they are so much less expensive than other housecleaners. I guess you get what you pay for! Their price is going up 15.00 per week, though.

They come out every other week. They are always great and always do a really good job. We cancelled their last visit about two weeks ago for our own reasons. It has got nothing to do with the quality of their service. They have been totally fine. We can always get independent people who are cheaper, but they need not necessarily take insurance and so forth. We would definitely use Merry Maids again.

I spent a little over $100 on that service. They do a very good job. They are easy to communicate with at their office if there is a time issue or a problem. There hasn’t any big problems as far as the quality of their cleaning, but the office has been very good at being able to communicate with them. I would tell other members that so far the staff has been dependable, timely and have done a nice good job.

GENERALLY GOOD. THERE WERE A FEW PLACES - LAMPS, ETC. - THAT THEY CONSISTENTLY FAILED TO DUST. AND IT SEEMED LIKE THEY WERE IN AND OUT VERY QUICKLY. THEY WORKED IN TEAMS WITH EACH PERSON HAVE THEIR AREAS. THERE WAS NO STOPPING TO SMOKE, EAT, DRINK, ETC. THEY JUST CAME IN, DID THEIR WORK, AND LEFT. THEY WERE GOOD ABOUT HAVING THE KIDS AROUND ON THE RARE OCCASIONS WHEN WE HAD TO BE THERE WHILE THEY WERE CLEANING.
