Mason Poce Electrical

Mason is not only an excellent electrician but an outstanding individual. He conducts his business with professionalism and courtesy. He is able to connect with individuals, communicate clearly, follow-through, and follow-up. We contacted Mason for an estimate on installing two bathroom fans in bathrooms that had no fan (so installing, doing all the wiring from the panel, etc.) and repairing the frayed service line on the outside of the house. Mason was thorough in his evaluation of what needed to get done and what did not. We felt confident in his honesty. His diagnosis of what was causing the issue and what needed to be repaired was spot on. His estimates were competitive. What also won us over was his professionalism and personality — like when he did a good job humoring our talkative 4-year-old who asked tons of questions when he visited to give the estimates. The time between deciding to go forward with the work and having the work completed was about 1 week —way faster than anyone else I’ve heard of. Mason adapted to our schedule and made special arrangements to meet a deadline we had for being able to have other work done which was contingent upon electrical work being completed first. Mason was super respectful and careful regarding things COVID. Another great thing about Mason is that he has a good apprentice that worked with him, Johnny. Their teamwork was efficient. The work was done in February 2021, which — I know — was a little while ago, but the fact that I’m still taking the time to write this review so long afterwards means that he’s really that good—right? The only thing keeping me from telling everyone about him is that I don’t want him to become so popular that I can’t schedule something with him anymore! (Just Kidding!) Mason is a great electrician and a great person and you should contact him, get an estimate, and hire him!
