Lenny Doyle

We have been extremely pleased with the quality of Lenny's work and his professionalism -- as evidenced by the fact that we hired him four times in the last few months to work on three separate houses. (The cost of service above refers to the last of these four distinct projects.) I in fact just added his name as a service provider on Angie's List so that I could write a review. I first met Lenny last Fall while he was working in a multi-unit luxury complex in Chestnut Hill, where the building management recommended him to me. Lenny is a perfectionist -- his work is seamless and excellent; at the end he thoroughly inspected it, fixed any minor imperfections (most of which we hadn't even noticed ourselves) and left the place spotless, offering to return and correct any problem areas that we might notice afterwards. We were a bit indecisive as to color choices and he was helpful but never insistent with suggestions. He is very responsible, always arrived on time and kept us informed as to progress, timing, and different possible options. We felt very comfortable giving him the key and letting him work in the house in our absence. I believe his rates are competitive; he charges by the day but works fast and certainly did not overcharge us -- he in fact saved us money by offering to bring some leftover ceiling paint that he had, instead of having us pay for another new can. In addition to all this Lenny is the nicest guy and a pleasure to chat with. I recommend him very highly.
