Excellent. Having previously decided to change plumbers after receiving an outlandish estimate for replacing a washer in a difficult faucet, I tried Kenneth Souza on a word-of-mouth recommendation when I discovered the leaking 9-yr old hot water heater and was advised by NStar service to replace it. I received a fixed price bid the next morning and the work was done the following day. Souza arrived on time, did the work quickly, cleanly, and unobtrusively (I work at home). When I showed him the leaking faucet, he fixed it with about an hour's work and refused to take additional payment. I will definitely use him again. He strikes me as belonging to the dying breed of competent plumbers who do their own work without all the overhead and helpers that seem to characterize others I had been using.
