HE CAME OVER AS PLANNED, AND SAID THAT NEW CODE STATED THAT ALL OUTLETS IN THE KITCHEN HAD TO BE GROUNDED. WE HAD NEVER HEARD THAT, AND WAS JUST TRYING TO HAVE WORK DONE THAT WAS REQUESTED BY THE BUYERS. HE REFUSED TO DO THE WORK UNLESS WE DID ALL THE OUTLETS, WHICH WOULD HAVE COST AT LEAST ANOTHER $200. LATER, ANOTHER ELECTRICIAN TOLD US OVER THE PHONE TO CHECK OUR FUSE BOX TO SEE IF THE OUTLETS WERE GROUNDED THERE, AND THEY WERE. WE NEEDED NO WORK TO BE DONE, AND FOUND OUT FROM A BETTER ELECTRICIAN OVER THE PHONE!
