Working with Jamie & the Automotive Elegance team was a breeze. It was the exact opposite of my expectations going into a car shop like this and I mean that in the bets way possible. They were great with explaining everything, going over options, pro's & con's, and making a recommendation. On top of the customer service, the work was flawless. I can't say enough good things about my entire experience with the great
people at Automotive Elegance.  I spoke with almost every certified
XPEL installer in the state of Massachusetts and I believe they all do
excellent work.  However, quality of workmanship isn't the only
necessity this type of business has to have in order to win me over.
 They have to show me more than just confidence and pride... I need to
feel that I'm more than just a guy with deep pockets to be dug into.  I
need to get a sense of concern and dedication to more than just the
finished product, but also to making me feel good about putting my
cherished new dream car in their hands.
From the first phone
call, these guys made me more comfortable than anyone else.  They were
also the only ones who'd install the tint kit I had already purchased.
They were furthest from me in distance, but the gap was closed with
compassion, fairness, and the best attitudes I was exposed to.  Others
were overly confident to the point of arrogance and unwilling to bend or
compromise.  These people have heart!
