This job was for a second home 3 hours away from our primary residence. Because of that, we were not able to keep track of the work as it went along. We did have people checking in and reported that there were many days that no one was there.It was difficult to reach anyone and we were very frustrated about that. In the end, most of the rooms were beautifully done, as it looked on pictures that were sent to us. However, when we got to the house to see for ourselves, we saw that all of the light switch plates were missing, and one light switch was actually broken. The closet doors in the upstairs room was given one sloppy coat of paint and the room door was not completely covered. I contacted Chris, and after many tries, I finally heard from him. He said there was a family emergency and was out of town (the second time this happened). He said his brother would come and fix everything, but we never saw or heard from anyone. We were anxious about it because we had sold the house and the closing was soon. He knew that, but we never heard from him. Unfortunately, we had to close with an incomplete paint job, after 6 months. 
It's a shame, because Chris was very nice to work with, when we could reach him. But I can't recommend him because he never came through to finish the job.
