Provider was prompt and courteous, and explained our electrical systems and potential problems clearly. However, he made several recommendations for replacing wiring in our walls that seemed unnecessary, frightening us with stories of potential fires. After speaking with multiple electricians and repairmen, they agreed that some of the recommendations made by the representative of Three Phase were indeed unnecessary and made to take advantage of our ignorance. We have since settled on a different electrician who seems to be more forthright about what exactly needs to be done and can be done with the wiring in an older home.

The work he did was ok, I was satisfied with it. His report suggested that I have my smoke detector alarms hardwired as well as battery powered though and since it’s my home versus a business I’m not sure that this is necessary. He also said I needed to have my video distribution grounded, but when I called the cable company to check on the matter they told me it was grounded outside, not in the basement, so there was a bit of disconnect there.

I can't really convey in posting how impressed I am with the work Bill did.  He investigated and tested so many "moving" parts to this faulty GFI circuit, it bordered upon ridiculous how through he was.  Throughout all of it he explained EVERYTHING to me, including electrical theory and history, it was like watching How it Works on cable.
I NEVER....never say anything nice about anyone, especially contractors, I'm kind of a grumpy guy.  I've had three electricians in the house in the past ten years for other work, and they were rude and lousy.  Bill is awesome, and considering the amount of work he performed I was very impressed with his pricing, very.  He also has some general contractor license of some type, and he is quoting out building a farmers porch for us after the great work he did already

Installed a new electrical panel and installed new wiring and lights as needed.
Some of the work was time and materials and we paid current market rates for all of the work that was done. It was in excess of 10,000 but it was money well spent by a company that does quality work. We would use them again as necessary and would recommend them to others to use them for all of their electrical work.

Jesse and his team were here early and got the work done fast.  We are very happy with their service.  We have used them before and will again.

Billy Mason provided me with excellent service. He came to my home gave me an estimate of the cost of the work needed to be done. Took me step by step as what needed to be done. Guided me as to what I needed to discuss when contacting my local electrical company prior to having the work done. He answered all the questions I asked him. He was prompt & professional. I've hired Three Phase Electrical in the past to do other electrical work such as wiring up a room/addition, changed over my service panels. From the initial contact with Bill Mason, the owner, we were impressed with the professionalism. They listened to our concerns that we not do more than we needed to do to bring the cottage up to code and make it safe. They provided a written estimate quickly and explained all the cost estimates. We worked with the Manger, Jesse and he kept us updated at every step of the job, especially when we experienced some delays because of the power company, the contractor, or the other trades. We had avoided trying to undertake this job because of the extensive nature of the job. Jesse explained everything they needed to do, based on the electrical code, down to the types of breakers in the new service panel for different rooms. They ran into problems with the power company because the availability of crews to move our service over to the new panel. Jesse and his crew found a work-around so that we could continue with the construction at the cottage and have electricity. We trusted them to let us know how we were doing toward our budget on a regular basis, and they did not disappoint us. They encouraged us to call at any point if we ever had a problem or questions about the new work. They had great suggestions for how to best light  our small cottage, especially the kitchen. They also helped us to install speakers and video controls for our TV and music. They even made an extra effort to move and reconnect our dog fence temporarily in order to provide safety for our Golden.  The crews who did the work were very friendly and always respectful of our family, our property, and our schedule. No messes. No surprises. No disappointments. They exceeded our expectations. We would wholeheartedly recommend Jesse and his crews if you need electrical work.

In the five years I have been using Bill Mason and Three Phase Electric, I have found there is nothing he can't do and do well.  He is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of electrical work, and his prices are very reasonable.  They have done everything from a simple service call with a minimum service fee to large $300,000 contracts.  I have complete confidence in Bill Mason and Three Phase Electric's experience and expertise and in the fact that they are honest, fair and reasonable.
