I had a building inspector checkout the house, a drainage problem has been since the house was built they said perimeter drainage pipe and stone thats in the back perimeter drainage pipe was not set in properly and is exposed in the back yard causing a flood every time it rains hard, the building inspector, Harold Nicoles, of the town of Sterling and by letter he contacted the contractor and he said he would address the problem but has never responded, the front yard floods also over the asphalt, he was suppose to put in asphalt driveway and after we moved in he would not do it so we had to get another company to do it costing $1300, he was contracted to put in the drive way but refused, the mast bathroom was to be high grade marble the marble is a low grade, the wood flooring is not what I picked he gave me a low grade wood and its multi colored, he left tree stumps that was suppose to be removed along with boulder rocks, all these were contracted to be completed.
Description of Work: he built in 05 and the home warranty is for 3 years on the piping
