Expect to be treated disrespectfully unless you’re a man. When Brian’s team pulled up and almost took down our electrical line with their truck, I stepped outside to kindly warn the driver. He sarcastically and rudely responded, “they’re still on your house aren’t they?” I confronted the worker about this and of course he did not apologize. When I then confronted the owner (Brian) about this and requested an apology from his worker, he defended him, accused me of being difficult, and told his crew to pack up and leave. He abandoned a 40K job because he refused to hold his staff accountable for disrespect. Avoid at all costs if you don’t want shady and disrespectful people working in your home.

Brian showed up and the installation went well, and that's about all that went well! A time after installation I had an issue that needed some service so I called Brian several times to no avail. Finally a few days later I get a message that he is on a cruise and can't make it for another week, meanwhile I'm down with a blown furnace motor and no AC in mid summer. Although the initial installation is great everything from there on out was p*** poor, I mean nevermind the fact I couldn't get a hold of him but when he goes on vacation he has no one to cover down on his jobs so you have to wait until he gets home or bite the bullet and hire another contractor! I wouldn't waste my time or effort and especially my money on this company! As an additional point they use Lennox products which are garbage, and again, I wish I would have known that before purchase about the product I was receiving!

Brian showed up and the installation went well, though it took him several return trips to deal with some valve problems that caused us to have heat in areas when none was called for. He replaced all the problem valves at no charge to us. There was also a technical problem with the hot water zone off the boiler. Brian came, even on a weekend, to insure the problem with the hot water system was fixed. A friend, who's a plumber, said the boiler installation looked very good. However, a couple of months later, we had two minor additional problems. We called him and he said he would be out that afternoon. He never came and never returned several other calls about the problem. Eventually, we called another heating contractor, who charged us $300 to make the repairs to the new system.
